How To Copy Flash Menu (.swf) to Sony Ericsson Phone

Before following this guide please have a full battery 90-100% and have usb flash drivers installed.

Requirement:

1. Download File Manager Now

Far Manager is a program for managing files and archives on the Windows operating system. With the jd flasher plugin, the file manager can open the file system on the sony ericsson mobile phone.

JD Flasher has a script to open various types of sony ericsson based on the chipset. You have to choose a script according to the type of sony ericsson chipset, the chipset list is here : Sony Ericsson Walkman Series Information Guide


2. Download SEMC USB Driver Now

Install USB Driver, See How to Install Sony Ericsson USB Flash Driver

3. USB Data Cable (DCU-60/DCU-65)


Step by Step Modding :

1. Open Far Manager Press F11 choose just da flasher (Enter)

2. Press Alt+C select the phone Script that you will modding (See Script List- Link Above), select port DCU-60(USB Cable), and select Speed 921600

3. Press Alt+J or Enter

4. Remove battery for a few secs and then reinsurt it and do what is says connect cable holding down C.

5. Click on ofs or FS

6. Now wait a few minutes while it loads everything.

7. Now browse around clicking the folders (.. above the folders is back), find wot file(s) u want to copy off. 8. Go to tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash.

8. Left Panel is File in your Phone, Right Panel is File in your PC.

9. F8 for delete, F5 for Copy, Tab for change Left or Right Panel, Shift for multiple select file

10. Go To Left Panel until locate this folder tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash.

11. Press Tab  (Right Panel), search location of .swf file in your PC. Dont Forget to Hightlight, use Shift for multiple highlight. 

12. Press F5 on Right Panel to Copy (Alt+C / Enter).

13. After Copied, Press .. for back to up folder and exit.



14. Remove the cable and Turn On The Phone
